Managed $300,000 contract with telecommunications vendor and monitored system functionality servicing 250 Department HQ staff members. Managed lease actions, office relocations, installation of voice and data wiring, and contract agreements for 35 leased properties statewide. Designed call routing, scripting, and reporting for central call center. Streamlined Department resources to meet customer telecommunications needs.

Developed and configured a distributed computer systems environment with appropriate hardware and software on a network of 500 Department employees statewide. Configured remote technology as part of the Mobile Assessment Deployment Team. Trained 250 staff members across 19 field offices statewide in the use of remote technology. Earned Davis Productivity Award for efficiencies gained through the Mobile Assessment Deployment Team.

Deployed with 20th Engineer Brigade (Combat)(Airborne) to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom Nov 2004 - Nov 2005. Established and implemented the Iraqi Geospatial Reference System (IGRS), a system essential for future infrastructure development projects.

The IGRS project was featured in the November 2005 edition of The American Surveyor.
